Till Von Winning
Director of Tennis
Till came to Deerwood in 2019 and immediately became a key asset as a leading Tennis Professional in the vibrant Deerwood Tennis program.Rising quickly, in 2022, Till took on the role of the club’s Head Racquets Professional. With both USPTA and PPR certificates, he has led and helped develop Deerwood’s racquet program consisting of a vibrant tennis program with a storied 60+ year history and the newly christened and rapidly growing pickleball program. During this time he also gained a Master of Business Administration in General Business with a concentration in Sports Management.
Among his other achievements, Till co-founded Mypro Sports LLC a sports program whose vision is to bridge the market gap between collegiate athletes and the consumer market seeking professional sports lessons. And, as a Professional Tennis Coach played a pivotal role in coaching and mentoring professional tennis player Ingrid Neel, contributing to her journey from a ranking of 150 in the world to breaking into the top 70.
Julie Ferguson
Pro Shop Manager
Julie has had a love for tennis for over 30 years. She spent 20 years in court reporting and met her husband playing tennis on weekend dates. She retired after having her daughter Emma Ruth, who also has a passion for the game. Julie spends most of her free time playing in three leagues and attending clinics as much as possible. She also enjoys being team mom/coach to her daughter’s Team Tennis league. Julie has a passion for the game and is thrilled to work with Danny and the team at Deerwood Country Club, and sees this as the perfect opportunity to engage a career in her true passion for tennis.
