Exclusive Membership

Deerwood Country Club is a Member Owned Private Equity Club with membership open by invitation. Each prospective member must be sponsored by two current members in good standing, and each application will be reviewed and approved by the Board of Governors.

Equity members are shareholders who vote and hold office, and enjoy unique benefits and perks, their unmarried children are included up to age 26. Equity Partner Privileges include: priority tee times; priority event registration and banquet bookings; priorities for lockers; special by-invitation-only parties and business meetings. 

Equity certificates are redeemable for 85 percent of the current value when fully vested (paid in full and active member for a minimum of three consecutive years).

Equity is transferable.

New Members Monetary Fees consist of a one-time initiation -

$10,250 in redeemable equity plus initiation fee

$5,125 Junior Members plus initiation fee(a true-up applies when turning 40)

$5,125  in redeemable equity for Legacy Members plus initiation fee for children of equity members

Equity members select their category.

*Passes are loaded electronically annually January 1 and expire December 31. To redeem your passes, you are required to inform your attendant when making reservations for your guests. Equity passes are not transferable and are subject to proration. Reservations required, parameters/restrictions in place. Estimated value is $30,000+ and reflects current pricing and fees which are subject to change per the Board of Governors. DCC Bylaws outline equity governing details in full.

Full and Junior Full Members enjoy all Club amenities; Golf Course, Practice Range, GHIN handicap, Tennis, Pickleball, Fitness, Aquatics, Dining, Social Events, Massage Therapy, Kids Club, Clinics, Camps and our very own swim team, The Torpedoes. (Cart fees apply. No charge to walk).

Junior Full Memberships are for those that are under the age of 40. Upon turning 40 Full membership fees will apply.

Sports Members enjoy unlimited access to Racquet Courts, Fitness Center and Classes, Aquatics, Massage Therapy, Dining, Social Events, Kids Club, Clinics, Camps and our very own swim team, The Torpedoes.  Golf privilege's encompass six rounds per year with a cart fee, after the sixth round, golf is available on a pay-as-play basis. Practice Range fee applies, either daily, monthly or annual.

Club members enjoy access to Tennis, Pickleball, Fitness Center and  our Classes, Sauna/Steam Room, Aquatic Center, Massage Therapy, Dining, Social Events, Kids Club, Clinics, Camps and our very own swim team, The Torpedoes.

Executive Business: Company designees enjoy reduced initiation fees and dues rates plus unique privileges catered to the individual corporate needs. Executive Full Members enjoy Golf, Racquet Sports, Fitness Center and Classes, Aquatics, Dining and Social Events and Kids Club, Camps and Spa services.

Full benefits for those with a primary address 50 miles or more outside of Jacksonville (qualifiers in place) Nonresident members enjoy four (4) months (121 Days) of access to Golf, Tennis, Pickleball, Fitness Center and Classes, Sauna/Steam Room, Aquatic Center, Dining, Massage Therapy, Social Events, and Six days of golf play with cart fee, after the sixth day of play Cart & Green fees apply.
